Growing and Growing

They never slow down thats for sure. Its almost impossible to keep up with all the changes the kids make daily. Its such a blessing to be a parent and watch as your child discovers and learns new things. Seeing our son go from a helpless newborn to an independent preschooler has been quite adventurous and now that we have Irelynn we know just how fast time goes by and are trying to enjoy each stage so much more.
These days you will find Irelynn just sitting looking around flashing her sweet gummy smiles at whomever looks her way, she is such a happy girl. So laid back and mellow. And look in the direction of Ky and you will see our mischievous man finding something new to get into. He is great on playing on his own and loves to play the Wii, in fact he is smart enough to turn it on, put a game in and get it going all on his own. Listening to him play with his cars is probably one of the highlights during the day. Creating a voice and personality for each car and going into his own little world.
No matter what each day brings their innocence reminds us daily to just enjoy every day, to take it as it comes and be thankful for what we have. Children really do bring us back to seeing the good and give us a chance to be kids sometimes ourselves.

Our new goal is start a 365 blog, meaning a pic and a post daily, it wont necessarily be about the kids tho! Keep your eyes open for the link!

Here are some recent pics, we went to the Children's Museum this week as our weekly playdate and then got Irelynn a jumperoo which she likes a lot!
